Hello! I'm Kendra Swick, a dedicated Realtor®? with Howard Hanna in Heath, OH. I’ve had the privilege of serving the community where I grew up, focusing on helping first-time home buyers and sellers navigate the exciting world of real estate. Born and raised in Newark, I truly understand the importance of finding a home that suits both your needs and your lifestyle.

I’ve been married to my wonderful husband since 2010, and together we’re raising three amazing kids. Balancing family life with a career has given me a unique perspective on what it takes to make a home truly feel like home. I’m a great listener, and I pride myself on understanding my clients’ needs to help guide them through every step of their real estate journey.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me reading to and homeschooling my children. We love to be outside and also take care of our chickens and rabbits.
